If Aaron Savvy doesn’t scream Sex Issue, we’re not sure who does. After seeing the beautiful blond with abs that never quit, we couldn’t wait to get our hands—and mud!—all over his delicious body for our cover. When he’s not being a good sport and letting us get him good and dirty, Savvy works as a fitness trainer and nutritionist at Gold’s Gym in Hollywood. If you’d like to work up a sweat with Savvy, shoot him an e-mail at aaronsavvy@gmail.com, or drop by Gold’s Gym at 1016 N. Cole Ave. in Hollywood to make your first appointment with him today.

Name: Aaron Savvy
Age: 31
Job: Fitness Trainer/Nutritionist
Hometown: Seattle
Location: Hollywood
Best Physical Feature: Abs
Single or Taken: Single
Hours Spent in a Gym Per Day to Maintain That Impossibly Sexy Physique:
6 days a week; 2-3 hours each day.
Last Time You saw a Carb: Every day. Carbs are not the enemy. With a well-balanced nutritional plan, you can still eat that pizza and Krispy Kreme. In fact, I had two doughnuts last night at 10 and woke up still having a six pack!

Aaron, most people would kill to have a body like yours. What’s your secret?

Using the basics: time and consistency! I don't use steroids and I'm a firm believer in having a natural, rather than a processed, look. A regular workout plan followed by a nutritional plan will allow you to maintain the body you want year round. You'll thank yourself you did, and your body will thank you! Be good to your body and your body will be good to you!

You’re a physical trainer. What’s your favorite way to get sweaty?

Any means of cardio or resistance training that's going to really elevate my heart rate.

This is our sex issue. If someone’s looking to improve their game in the bedroom, what muscles should someone work on to really wow their partner?

All of them! (Laughs) Having a great chest, six pack [and] a firm butt is always nice.

What exercises would you suggest to rev someone up so they’re a hot rod in the sack?

Squats! This exercise will firm your butt and really build and develop the legs. The core (abs) is a big one. The core is what really supports your upper-body frame. Isolated crunches are a great exercise to help develop that.

Which is more important for great lovemaking: stamina or flexibility?

I would have to say stamina. Anyone can really hold a position, but it seems we run out of gas, falling short and sometimes ruining the moment.

What’s the biggest misconception about exercise and being in shape?

Eating whatever you want and still getting those results from the gym. This is so false.

What would someone find most surprising about you?

I do outreach programs helping those less fortunate.

What do you find hottest about a potential lover?

Someone who really takes good care of themself.

What’s one piece of advice you’d offer to someone who is at home sitting on their butts, eating and reading this magazine right now?

Contact me so I can train you. Seriously. That's why I moved out here. I only train people who are really serious about creating a healthy lifestyle. I [work] as a private trainer at Gold’s Gym in Hollywood. What makes me different than most trainers is my understanding of each individual. Each of my clients’ workouts are completely customized—I establish a workout plan, nutritional plan and I call my clients through the week to check on them. A true trainer listens to their clients’ needs and is stern, yet compassionate at the same time.
